Waterfront location
Staff really helpful and friendly
It is a pet friendly hotel - as a non pet owner not ideal.

staff very friendly and welcoming, breakfast and evening meals excellent though evening meals could be more varied, room very clean. if you are looking for somewhere to take your dog this is the place to go.
the issue we had was the heater that was in the room we did not know how to switch it on until one of the staff came to the room and showed us where to switch it on. we thought it was a light switch as there where 3 switches next to the bed which we thought were to operate only the lights.
Also we paid to take my dog but we were offered by family to look after him so we did that instead but we still got charged for him
