I don't usually write reviews like this. I travel extensively for work and have stayed in countless apartments over the years, including some that were, at least on paper, more luxurious or impressive. It really takes something special to motivate me to write more than a few words. But this place deserves it.
It's not so much about what I liked, but about how I felt.
There is something truly special about this apartment — a wonderful, warm, positive vibe that you sense the moment you step inside. It's difficult to explain, but I had this lovely feeling that good, kind-hearted people had lived there and left something of their warmth behind. Moreover, I felt as though I had arrived somewhere familiar, somewhere that already felt like home. Every evening, I could hardly wait to come back. And I think that says more than any list of things I liked ever could.
What makes this even more surprising is that I'm usually not particularly fond of older furniture — but that's just me, a control freak. The apartment is actually very well maintained and beautifully arranged, and most of the furnishings are quite modern. A few older pieces, like the chairs, wouldn't normally be my first choice, even if they are perfectly functional. Yet somehow, even that didn't bother me here. Everything seemed to fit together, contributing to the apartment's unique character and charm.
In the end, what stayed with me wasn't the furniture, the decoration, or even the practical comforts, but the feeling this place gave me. Some places are simply pleasant to stay in. Others make you feel genuinely happy to be there. This apartment was one of those rare places.
It would feel unfair to mention such tiny details when the place made me feel so wonderful. So let's just forget about the chairs! :)

Die sehr großzügigen Räume und das sparsame aber sehr geschmackvolle Design. Tolle Lage, um Wien zu erkunden in einem repräsentativen Bezirk von Wien, mit klasse Gastronomie in der Nähe und gute Anbindung an die Öffis. Außerdem ein sehr netter Kontakt zu der Gastgeberin.
Es gab nichts, was uns missfallen hat.

Sehr großzügiges Appartment, gut ausgestattet. Auch auf der Ausziehcouch schläft es sich gut. Anbindung in die Stadt sehr gut und gleichzeitig in der Nähe des Cottageviertels, ein sehr grünes Villenviertel, das zum Spazierengehen einlädt.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung, modern eingerichtet. Es war am Pfingstwochenende seh heiß; dank der dicken Altbauwände und moderner Isolierung blieb die Wohnung jedoch angenehm kühl.
Nichts zu erwähnen.
