for that money and short period it was okay.

It was good for the value. and two bedrooms like said, was there.

it wasnt very clean. about that i mean the floors and walls and stuff. beds were okay. there were mices on the way in. bathroom door feels like its going to fall off. other than that with the room was fine. customer service was bad. asked about the parking on the streets, as i would guess, that theyre pretty much local and its easy to answer yes or no, but the customer service said i can look for that info myself. felt pretty arrogant. would expect a bit more proffesionalism from a person like that.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience

We arrived at the address provided for our booking, but there were multiple different locations shown on the map. Once we arrived at the indicated address, we discovered that there was no apartment number, no clear entrance information, and no instructions explaining how to access the property. The host had not provided us with the complete information needed to check in. The booking instructions stated that we should contact the host by phone, so we called the provided number. A german speaking woman answered. I explained that I had booked an apartment with them and needed further information about how to access the property, as the booking specifically instructed us to call. She then became silent and hung up the phone. We tried contacting the host again, but received no response. We also sent an SMS, after which we were blocked and could no longer contact the host. The situation became even more confusing because the map showed different locations. After following the directions, the address ultimately led us to a hospital. We asked several local people for assistance, and they confirmed that there appeared to be nothing at that address other than the hospital. We were left completely stranded and felt that we had been seriously misled. What makes this situation particularly unacceptable is the circumstances we were in. It was approximately 39°C in Vienna, and we were travelling with a two-month-old baby, a one-and-a-half-year-old child, my 65-year-old mother, my sister and myself. We were in a foreign country where we do not speak the local language, exhausted and jet-lagged after a long journey. We had been expecting to arrive at the accommodation, check in from 15:00 at the earliest, and finally get inside and out of the extreme heat. Instead, we remained out on the streets for approximately four hours, until around 19:00, because we could not access the accommodation or obtain the necessary information from the host.
