I liked the beautiful views, the interior designs of the suits, the vibe of the resort and their wonderful breakfasts.
Taking a shower would spill water outside shower to the toilet and sink area. Also the bathroom door was hard to close and often open up when u just tried to close it in the suite.

Beautiful location, very good service, and a lovely atmosphere. Special thanks to Marvi at reception for being so kind and helpful, and also to Mustafa, Naz, and Amin at the restaurant for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The housekeeping team was also very friendly and kept the room very clean.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Berkay. My room was booked and paid for two guests, and I had informed the hotel in advance that the second guest would arrive later. However, when my partner arrived, Berkay refused to let him enter without properly checking the reservation. Because of this, my partner had to book another hotel. The way the situation was handled was very unprofessional and embarrassing, and I hope management reviews this incident seriously.

The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted., beach vibe in abundance.,
Fantastic decor and layout...
The staff are amazing and very friendly and very helpful.
Especially Manager Tugay and his reception staff..
( From our original booking to arranging transfers to making out stay as comfortable as possible he was great., even arranged a later check out THANK YOU )
Bar/Restaurant staff Jason ., mike ., Sizan., and everyone were like busy bees ., couldn't do enough for us ...

This is hard to answer as we don't want to be negative as we had a fantastic amazing time ., however ...
Sadly the bar / restaurant shut earlier than is advertised..
Understandable that there must be reduced seasonal opening hours but this needs to be hi lighted to all guests on booking ..
(We were on the understanding closing times were 12 midnight... Not the case and most nights 8 o'clock was closing time )
Sadly the coffee machine is closed down at 5pm ...
Also as amazing as the Turkish Breakfast was ( sooo tasty and plentiful ) it was too much...
Financially for the company a better choice would work... Eggs on toast ., plain salad etc ...
We witnessed too much waste time and time again ...
( We guess better too much than not .,but this could be addressed better)
Also private beach area could be a little larger and moved away from the water sports area
This would allow a better view of the amazing settings.
