Room was clean and spacious. The vegetarian choices were amazing staff were polite and helpful.
Loved everything! There was a slight confusion over my room on arrival- I had booked 2 separate beds and we were given a double…. But it was all resolved.

Food wasn’t great

Was in a good location to the beach and shops
The rooms were very dated and in need of refurbishment. The food was repetitive, with very little variety and often the same options being served. There were also issues with people stealing lilos around the pool, which made it difficult to enjoy the facilities.
Another major disappointment was the lack of entertainment. There simply wasn’t enough going on during the evenings, which made the overall holiday feel quite boring.
Overall, the hotel has a lot of room for improvement, particularly when it comes to the rooms, food, entertainment and management of the pool area.
A special mention to Ahmet, who genuinely went above and beyond throughout our stay. His friendly attitude, helpfulness and excellent service really stood out and made a positive difference to our holiday. He is a credit to the hotel.
