The property has many beds and provides an iron for convenience. It is also located near Maragang Hill, with a food shop right next door.

The cleanliness needs improvement, as there were still cockroaches in the property and the bedsheets smelled dusty. The toilet was clogged, the water pressure was weak, and the kitchen sink had an unpleasant smell. The sofa covers were not properly fitted, the Wi-Fi could not connect, and many electrical sockets were not working. Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement.
