Location was very good. We can even see the top of the mountain from our room c/w sunrise. Very lovely. The lodge is very well maintained. And we had a lovely cat Comel visiting us every day.
Nothing to complain

What a gem! I definitely wouldn’t have enjoyed my stay nearly as much hadn’t I booked the mountain view room. Absolutely worth every penny. The balcony view overlooking the Kinabalu peak is just stunning. The bathroom was just okay, the size of the room though was surprisingly big.
Getting there can be a bit tricky without a car but it’s possible. I found that to be an upside though. Made it feel more secluded and scenic.

Breakfast was decent. Loved the overall environment.
The internet connection. I needed to do some work actually. So my phone could connect to the internet, i could access the internet via some of my apps, but some apps don't work and kept showing that im offline. Kinda weird. Phone data doesn't work too. Once im out of the lodge area, it's better.
