Very close to the Tekapo’s restaurants and cafes. Easy to access and quiet.
Doona had what appeared to be a red vine stain.

It was clean. Had all the equipment required for a comfortable stay.
There were a lot of wear and tear, scuff marks, patches, etc. and since we were asked to report any damages just as we checked in, we spent a good 15-20mins just going around the house, taking a lot of photos of all the damages. That was a mild inconvenience. Would have been better if they get repaired.

Cozy and warm, with all the amenities you'd expect. Having a washing machine was a bonus. Not too far from the lake.
Shame that it looks on to an empty section that had cars parked all over it and a skip bin.

Email communication prior to our arrival was good. Communication regarding the access code was good.
The apartment requires a tap to be left running in the bathroom at all times to prevent the water lines freezing during cold spells. This however did not prevent the line to the shower freezing. We were given access to an adjourning apartment to use the shower, however I am not sure what would have happened had this apartment been occupied. We noted that this apartment also required a tap to be left running to prevent freezing of the lines. We acknowledge that the night/morning temperatures were low during this period (-4/-5C) however we would question the suitability of these apartments for rental in the winter season.
