The Alpenrose vacation rental on the first floor offers you a comfortable retreat in the mountains. With a private sauna and hot tub, as well as a garden and terrace with a grill, you’ll enjoy relaxing hours and special vacation moments. The beautiful mountain view perfectly rounds out your stay. Set out right from your front door on wonderful walks and unforgettable hikes through nature and the surrounding mountains.
For our youngest guests, cribs and high chairs are available for a one-time fee of 25.00 EUR. In addition, two beautifully designed playgrounds are just a 5–7-minute walk away.
Dear dog owners: In our “Wanderlust” and “Alpenrose” vacation apartments, a maximum of 2 dogs are welcome due to space constraints and animal welfare considerations. From experience, dogs prefer to sleep in their own beds, so we ask that you bring your own dog bed or blankets. There is an additional fee of 10 EUR per pet per night. Only dogs are welcome in our vacation apartments—no cats, birds, rabbits, or other animals.

The Alpenrose vacation rental in Chiemgau accommodates up to five guests. It features two bedrooms (one large bedroom with a double bed (200x180) and a single bed (200x90), and one bedroom with a bunk bed (200x90)), a living room with a dining area and balcony, a bathroom with a shower/toilet and washing machine, a kitchen, and a separate lockable room for bikes, strollers, skis, sleds, etc.
For our younger guests, two beautifully landscaped playgrounds are just a 5–7-minute walk away.
Please let us know if you need a crib and high chair for your stay; there is a one-time fee of 25.00 EUR per stay.
Private wellness area for your exclusive use:
A custom-built Swedish sauna with two additional infrared heaters and various sauna infusions is available exclusively for you. In addition, a private Jacuzzi hot tub (the hot tub is set to a fixed temperature of 36 degrees Celsius from September through May; from June through August, the temperature is adjusted according to the guest’s preference) on the garden terrace invites you to relax or rejuvenate after physical activity.
