Completely renovated inside and out in 2022. A Rustic feel in a Country setting. GET AWAY FROM IT ALL. Yet only 15 miles from Purdue Campus. Nothing but cornfields as neighbors. Enjoy your private Hot Tub with a 2-tiered deck for entertaining. Doggie Motel available Upon Request only! As we won't know to clean it if not in use. Please lets us know if Doggie Motel is needed.

We had a great time with our large family because we all fit in the house comfortably. The house is remote and quiet and large. The weather didn't cooperate but we all fit inside and had plenty of places to play games and all of us had room to relax. It isn't a place for the hottest days of summer but for the rest of the time it's beautiful and green and there are plenty of things to do in the area. Our host was very helpful and quick with communications. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests and help with solutions. One thing I didn't know was that the water in the area has a lot of sulfur so there's a smell when it's heated. It worked out ok because it was too hot for warm showers. Overall, we had a nice place for our family to bond. It is a beautiful and quiet part of the country and I'm glad we were able to enjoy it.

The house was breathtaking and a lot more spacious than I thought. The bonfire and grill were absolutely perfect for camp vibes without the bugs and sleeping outside part. The hot tub was also very fun and was a favorite among my friends. The beds were insanely comfortable and made me not want to get out of it. Overall it was a great trip and I highly recommend!

A group of eight of us stayed at the Farmhouse for a family get together - golf trip. The house had several positives, however there are a couple things you should be aware of before you book. First the positives:The house is definitely large enough to accommodate several guests. The 8 bedrooms and multiple baths provided both space and privacy for a large group. The family room comfortably seats 7 , and there is plenty of space to pull up chair from the big dining room table. The hot tub worked great and was enjoyed by all. Negatives:The water! The house is on a well and the water had a very strong sulfur smell. The first guests to arrive thought there was a sewage issue, nope just the water. By the end of the 4 day stay we were showering at a local golf course.The flies. You're out on a farm so some flies are to be expected, but there are no screens on the windows or doors. We spent the first half hour of our stay killing 30 flies in various parts of the house. The owner must be aware of the issue as there was fly paper hanging over the kitchen island and swatters readily available.The garage. The three-car garage is a furniture graveyard so no indoor parking if there is a storm. The basement area seemed nice, but was pretty musty. My brothers slept in the two basement bedrooms and found the beds uncomfortable.All in all it has all the makings of a decent rental, but needs some TLC. The water issue was significant enough that we wouldn't go back.
