The house was very big and clean and well stocked. The owner was very gracious and helpful. We were a little disappointed that the princess room and jungle room weren’t available for my six-year-old granddaughter and eight-year-old grandson. Also the code to get in wasn’t reset so my son and his wife and their two sons were locked out in the rain. I think I read that other people had trouble with the door code not being set also so this is something you might want to change and also let people know that the princess room and jungle room won’t be available unless ask for in advance.

This house was great for space for a larger group. Plenty of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms to accommodate all situations. The house was clean but could use some maintenance here and there ( hole in one of the doors, door handles loose, etc. Nothing that wouldn’t keep me from booking, just an observation.) Plenty of things to keep kids occupied. Slide, play set, jungle gym, pool, games. The tub in the master bath was fabulous! Keep in mind, there is no shower in the master. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I’m actually going to buy a new mattress now because of that bed. I would suggest a tankless water heater. With that many bathrooms and people we ran out. The pool was fun but not deep at all. Standing up, the water only came up to about my knees. Hot tub was really nice. My only complaint was that the communication with the owner was not good. It worked out but I had sent 3 messages letting them know our arrival time and didn’t hear anything. Once we got to the house I ended up having to call to get in. I messaged when we left and received nothing back. I would recommend this house but please work on communication.
