The hotel was in a great location with walking distance to many attractions, even downhill to the river. I have limited mobility, so staying in a flatter part of the city was much more convenient. From check in to check out, the staff were all friendly, helpful and were able to accommodate any requests we had throughout our stay. There is a very yummy restaurant just next door to the hotel. The room was fairly spacious, had amenities for wheelchair accessibility, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a mini fridge. It was quiet at night and had everything we needed for a great stay. We didn’t include the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. It was also at a reasonable price point for its location, quality of hotel and what you would expect to pay in Porto. I would recommend this to friends, family and anyone travelling to Porto.
There was nothing I could really say we didn’t like. Everything was as we expected. If you are wanting a hotel with more facilities - pool, gym etc this is not available but it was not something we needed.

Great location. Our room was enormous with a sitting room area. Beds super comfy. Staff friendly.

Clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
So odd practices, eg. The in room tea/coffee tray is only filled up on the day of arrival??? The buffet breakfast has a very poor selection of items.
