Magical place, absolutely beautiful and well thought design. The staff was clearly trying to help.
- The service does not live up to the hotel's visual standard. We are leaving this place with a heavy heart because it is very beautiful but our stay was uncomfortable. During our stay, communication was very hard. The most disappointing one was around what consists of complimentary breakfast. The breakfast that was included in our booking was a fruit and coffee and we learned about this when we were expected to pay for eggs at the end of our stay, no-one told us. We were served the breakfast that a hotel this level would normally serve. The staff was very helpful with everything but they were clearly not trained for customer relationship. Language barrier was also a problem but that was not it. There is no set time for breakfast even though they say 7.30 on this site. Even after they asked the day before, it started past 8 and the service was slow. We ended up waiting for a long time and we were late with our day of sightseeing. Check in was hard because the person helping us did not know anything about bookings, they had to communicate with someone else on WhatsApp and it took quite long.
- This hotel should not accept children younger than 2 years old. There is no cot/crib and the small stones are not crawlable on them.
