Buffet food was only lukewarm
kitchenette was missing a saucepan

Studio was spacious and comfortable, although lacked those extra touches that would get a top score from me (water in the room, complimentary snacks, extra plates, glasses and cutlery)
Breakfast buffet and bar was too expensive hence we went elsewhere
Wasn't much to do in that location, but was close to tram links to city and St Kilda (#16)

The location is convenient to the city & conference venue I was attending for 3 days. It has all the cooking facilities - hot plate for quick breakie, coffee pod machine, dishwasher& full fridge. Bedding was comfy & staff are all helpful.
The room probably could do with repainting to freshen up as the exposed grey concrete ceiling makes the room feels small/short, facing a concrete wall if next building. Fluro lightings can be upgraded to LEDs.

Air con & wifi didnt work, the elevators felt sketchy and we had issues with payment checking in and it was a big stuff around
