The staff was lovely and extra helpful. Even helping us carrying our luggage to the room and ordering me an una when I needed it
Had a bit of difficulty understanding where the room was.

Close to St Kilda beach and local shops.
The apartments were spacious and well laid out. Beds were lovely and comfortable and the staff were very friendly

We were upgraded - nice new room. Great location to family, close to public transport, restaurants. An older design property, the kitchen, bathroom, loungeroom and bedrooms were all generous in size. Very clean. Professional customer service.
light globe not working - very minor

Location was good.
The car park was horrible, so so tight to get around, parks were on a lean and couldn’t even reverse in cause there’s no room. Our apartment bath was dirty with spots and who knows what in it. Apartment was very old and run down.

"We liked how big and spacious the property felt. Wasn’t just a bunch of rooms clustered together, it felt more like a home."
