The 60 m² family-friendly Upstalsboom vacation home, boud49d, located in the vacation village of Boltenhagen, accommodates up to 4 people and features 3 rooms and a terrace with a view of the countryside.

The end-of-row house is located in a nature reserve facing west—just about 250 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.

Amenities
The non-smoking vacation home features free Wi-Fi and includes two separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and its own TV (32 inches); the second bedroom has two single beds. The living area with an open kitchen features a wood-burning stove (firewood not included) and a SMART TV (50 inches). From here, you also have access to the quiet terrace with a view of the greenery. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and egg cooker.
The modern bathroom includes a sink, a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a towel warmer. The vacation home features laminate flooring and roller shutters, and is equipped with a washing machine and a full-length mirror. We are happy to provide a crib and high chair for a fee and subject to availability.

Special Features
Please note that this is a non-smoking vacation home and pets are not allowed. Guests at the "Urlauberdorf" have access to one free parking space per house. Bicycle storage is available in a shed next to the house. The large playground and barbecue facilities at the vacation complex allow families with children of all ages to enjoy exciting vacation days on the Baltic Sea.
