The 47 m² Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, kbmb320, can accommodate up to 4 people. Of particular note is the direct beachfront location of the Haus Meeresblick apartment complex in Kühlungsborn and the large north-facing balcony. From here, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the nearby Baltic Sea.
The Location
This modern and invitingly furnished apartment is located on the north side of the building, on the third floor of the historic Kurhaus. The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just 40 m away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Here you can enjoy the soothing seaside climate, for example, on long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.
Amenities This cozy, allergy-friendly apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and freezer compartment. The combined living and dining area features a TV and hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a double sleeper sofa. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy relaxing moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. From the large, furnished balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the nearby Baltic Sea. The separate bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00). The bedroom window faces the atrium, the building’s green, covered courtyard. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request.

Please note that this is an allergy-friendly, non-smoking apartment, and pets are not permitted. The resort features coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as bicycle storage in the underground parking garage. An underground parking space for vehicles with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg (maximum clearance height 1.80 m, maximum vehicle length 5 m) can be added to your booking if needed.
In accordance with our duty to inform, we would like to point out that an elevated level of Legionella bacteria was detected in the plumbing system of the Haus Meeresblick. As a precaution, special filters and showerheads have therefore been installed in the apartments.
