The Location
This cozy and stylishly furnished apartment is located on the east side, on the first floor of the historic Kurhaus. The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just 40 meters away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Here you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate, for example, on long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.


Amenities This cozy, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and freezer compartment. The combined living and dining area features a TV and hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a double sleeper sofa. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy relaxing moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. In addition, the vacation rental is equipped with an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. The separate bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00). The bedroom window overlooks the atrium, the building’s green, covered courtyard. From the partially covered balcony, you’ll have a side view of the Baltic Sea. The balcony is accessible from the living/dining area.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not permitted. The vacation complex features coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as bicycle storage in the underground parking garage. An underground parking space for vehicles with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg (maximum clearance height 1.50 m, maximum vehicle length 5 m) can be booked as an add-on if needed.
