The 125-square-meter house is ideal for 2–7 people (including a toddler) and is suitable for both large families and two families of friends. The living room features a very cozy leather sofa area. A flat-screen TV and a fireplace ensure a lovely end to a day at the Baltic Sea with your traveling family and friends. Here you can relax, sit back, and enjoy the evening atmosphere. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

The new island harbor in Prerow is scheduled to open at the start of the 2024 season. The 720-meter-long bridge will be the longest pier in the Baltic Sea region. Among other things, the new harbor will feature a berth for a 28-meter-long sea rescue cruiser operated by the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS), eight berths for local fishermen, and 33 berths for recreational boats seeking shelter. The future harbor building will also feature a rooftop terrace offering a panoramic view of Prerow Bay and the island harbor.

With the construction of the island harbor in Prerow, a ferry service to the Danish island of Møn (Denmark), Rügen, Usedom, and Hiddensee.



Vacation home:

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest restroom, 1 open kitchen, and a garden area. A swing set and slide are available for the children. There is a lockable bike storage room with electrical outlets for e-bikes.
The house is located right next to the forest (National Park) in an absolutely quiet area.
