Hotel was in a great location and was clean and tidy. 2bedrooms with closing doors was good for privacy with 5 adults.
The rooms were a little small for 5 adults with 5 suitcases, not a great deal of space to store or open them. The front door access was very tight as open straight into the lift space.

The location was good as so close to Kuromon market and also accessible to the kintetsu nipponbashi train station via lift which was extremely helpful with luggages.
The photos of the living area of the house was very misleading. The was exception small and with 5 adults standing there was hardly any room to move about and plus our luggages it was just so cramp. The check in direction was also not clear but luckily we have people that could reach kanji otherwise would struggle to get access to the unit via the english instruction.
