Location was amazing, Kuromon Market and dotonbori just a few minutes walk away. Communication with staff has been great. When we arrived, we realised that there are no towels at all in the room. We let them know via Booking and they sorted our issue out straight away even when there was no staff at the accommodation.
Everything was good, easy to understand.

Good size main and bathroom included a washing machine with fan for drying
Only dislike was it was hard using google maps ad there are multiple apartment 11 locations in Osaka area
