Location is awesome just off Via Roma , but room terrace was on via Toma looking directly at DES PALME HOTEL… believe me their rooms are not as good as mine… all in black, 2 huge TVs, one above the jacuzzi, next to the dry sauna, next to the regular shower, next to the emotional mist shower…
Not having my room on occasion and being put in other equally nice hotels but. One as good as their #1 hotel.

Struttura in ordine e pulita!
Sulla colazione mi aspettavo qualcosa in più!

Posizione fantastica
Camere molto accoglienti
Staff sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta
Purtroppo nn disponeva della colazione ma a Palermo si può fare un ottima colazione ovunque con ottimi prezzi.

The location and the facilities in the room even though some things didn’t work
Load of features in the room didn’t work like the shower only worked on one setting the same with the bath. The worst part was the bed was very uncomfortable and the same with the pillows.
