It’s in a great location, very central. The actual apartment was good - a good size and plenty of facilities. The staff were good, albeit did not speak very good English and allowed us to leave our luggage for the day whilst we explored before our late flight.
The apartment wasn’t very clean - the floor was dirty (crumbs, crisps and dust on the floor) and I felt like I had to wear flip flops to walk around the room. The shower was dirty - build up of black mould and the plug was blocked, meaning you could only shower for 2 mins before having to turn it off to allow the water to drain so the shower tray didn’t overflow. There was thick black hairs on surfaces and inside a couple of drawers. Just felt grubby and very poorly
cleaned sadly.

Great Staff who did everything they could to help and make the stay a good one. Very good location for getting around the city, we walked and used public transport and very handy for the Restaurant district in an evening.
Location was everything we had hoped for and we will definatley stay again.
Access to the apartment requires getting used to the Italain/Sicilain way as its through a small door into the ground floor area but once you had found it it was not a probllem.

We thought location was fine and staff were very nice
We had no staff enter our room in time we stayed (7 days) therefore no change of towels or bins emptied etc. our air conditioning made a knocking noise all night and we had a leak in the bathroom. The staff were very nice and they had experts come in to fix the morning we were leaving.
