Very deceptive and disappointing Very disappointing and far from pictures in sales materials. The first 2 rooms were smelly and appeared more like a 2 star hotel with old worn bed. Had to insist and discuss to get a non smelly room. Bathroom poorly cleaned with mold in showers😖 Stairways very filthy and toilets at reception smell and even without toilet seat - in a “4 *” hotel! No breakfast facilities which most would expect in a 4* hotel. In short a very cheap refurbishment to make it look fancy but is tired and not properly cleaned.

The room was cleaned every day. The staff was courtesy, very nice and helpfull.

10 / 10

This hotel exceeded my families expectations! One of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was so helpful setting up car services from airport and then to cruise port. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!
