Nice apartment, just renovated located in Via Frattina, one of the most famous streets in the historic center of Rome. Located on the fourth floor, without elevator, of an elegant building, overlooking the rooftops of Rome, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It is accessible via fairly high steps. It has an elegant double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bright living area, finely furnished, with a double sofa bed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Ideal for who want to spend a short stay in the heart of the city of Rome. A few meters from the Spanish Steps and the main tourist attractions of the capital. Air conditioning, washing machine, wifi and smart TV included.

The lication was great, central, easy walk to main attractions, restaurants, bars, etc. The stairs to the unit were steep, and floor 1 is really floor 2. Fair that I booked knowing about the stairs but in reality, it was tougher than I expected, especially doing them at least a couple of times per day The place is well equipped, I appreciated the washing machine and the iron. Good if you’re fit and don’t mind the stairs.

Location was excellent. Apartment itself was okay. Bathroom could use more ventilation and the shower could use some kind of shelf. We had what we needed for the most part, but with no paper towels provided, we had to wipe up any liquids with the one provided dish towel. Cleaning fees were excessive for such a small space. Stairs were steep and while it's labeled as the 4th floor it's actually 5 flights as the bottom floor is not counted for some reason....lots of steps!!
