This beautiful, bright, renovated (03/23) 4-star vacation apartment (DTV = German Tourism Association) is located on the 2nd floor of a very well-maintained complex.
With its 50 m², it is tastefully and comfortably furnished for 2–3 people.
It consists of a bright living room with a sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm), an LCD TV, a radio, and a dining area.
The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
From the living area, you have access to the furnished southeast-facing balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee or tea.
The separate bedroom, featuring a double bed (2x90x200 cm), a closet, and an LCD TV, has direct access to the balcony. The exterior shutters ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The shower room is accessible via the hallway.
Coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as a bike storage room, are available on the premises.
An underground parking space is reserved for you.
This is a duplex garage (2 cars parked one above the other—dimensions: length 5.00 m x height 1.50 m x width 1.90 m).
Otherwise, you’ll have to use a public parking lot.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or replacement will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
