Ideal for couples or small families looking for a relaxing retreat, this apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort and functionality. Enjoy the magnificent view of nature from the southeast-facing balcony. The apartment is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged friends are welcome too. With free Wi-Fi (no refunds or replacements in case of service disruptions) and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, you can feel right at home and leave the stress of everyday life behind. A parking space (2.30 m wide) in the underground garage (1.75 m clearance height) is available for your vehicle, and there’s a bike rack and a bike storage room for bicycles. Feel free to use the laundry room with a coin-operated machine in the shared basement.

Building 20 features a shared laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and coin-operated machines, so you don’t have to pack your suitcase too full—you can conveniently do your laundry here. The same room also features a ping-pong table and a foosball table. If it happens to rain, you can play a few intense matches here. The 1.5 km to the beach is a quick bike ride, so you can enjoy the Timmendorfer lifestyle and a bit of beach fun during the day. You can conveniently park your bikes in front of the house in one of the bike racks. There’s also a shared bike storage room accessible via the underground parking garage.
