An exclusively furnished kitchen-diner with high-quality Miele appliances, a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a wall-mounted oven, and a fridge-freezer perfectly rounds out the living space.

The southeast-facing balcony is perfect for a cozy breakfast and relaxing, and features a garden table with two comfortable patio chairs, a parasol, and a lounge chair—which you’re also welcome to take to the nearby Baltic Sea beach.

The separate bedroom features a modern double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with 5-zone cold-foam mattresses, which offers easy access, a sliding-door closet, and an additional armchair with a sleeper function (sleeping surface 0.8 m x 1.90 m). The bedroom also features a second LCD TV.

The bathroom consists of a spacious, walk-in shower with a sink and toilet and is equipped with a cosmetic mirror.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the laundry room.

In almost all apartments managed by our agency, you can also wash your towels, as a laundry room is available for you in the basement.

To avoid the famous summer "parking spot hunt" for your car near the beach, our guests can park their car next to or inside the building.
Depending on which apartment is booked, an outdoor parking spot or an underground parking spot is included. Of course, an elevator is part of the building’s modern amenities.

The ground-floor apartments feature terraces that open onto a small private garden area. Enjoy living to the sound of the ocean!

Shopping options are within easy walking distance, and the center of Timmendorfer Strand is only about 1 km away. Niendorf Harbor is less than 1.5 km away.
