Modern 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz on the 1st floor with a south/west-facing balcony featuring an awning and teak furniture.
The living room/bedroom features a comfortable double sofa bed and a recliner, a flat-screen TV, radio, CD and DVD players; the integrated kitchenette offers a comfortable dining area for 4 people, a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kitchen blender, egg cooker, iron, and ironing board. The bedroom (with roller shutters) featuring a double bed and a radio alarm clock, along with a modern shower room/toilet, complete the apartment. Guests have access to parking space No. 20 (entrance from Ostseestraße—bike racks must be removed—as well as in the bike storage room), a washing machine, and a coin-operated dryer.
The apartment building is located on Ostseestraße, with a public parking lot in the immediate vicinity. No pets allowed! Non-smoking apartment.

Parking spaces are, of course, available for each apartment. Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer in the building, as well as a bicycle storage room.
