Located on the first floor, it features a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the sun from late morning until sunset. The one-room apartment also invites you to relax in the dining area or the sitting area. In the evening, the sofa can be converted into a sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m). There is also a separate bedroom with a bed measuring 1.60 x 190. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathroom has been modernized.
The beach is only about 200 meters away, and the center of Scharbeutz, as well as numerous restaurants and a bakery for fresh rolls, are just around the corner. Additional shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity. The apartment comes with its own free parking space right next to the building.
