Location, the staff found and put up my phone that I accidentally left in the room.
Dangerous narrow stairs leading up to the loft where the bed was. Going up and down you must be absolutely careful. Don't wake up and step out the left side of the bed quickly, because it was definitely possible to fall to the downstairs.

Location, cleanliness, and cost of the stay. Bed was advertised as a queen but it was a king so unexpected delight! Communication when we had problems was fast to respond. The rooftop was nice when there were not too many cafe customers there.
Found out after cancellation window that the pool would be closed and renovated. There was loud jackhammers for hours and unannounced water outages. The air conditioning leaked badly but they fixed it within 5 minutes and the mini fridge was repaired after requested the next day. The kitchen was used only by staff and the fridge was dirty and only one coffee maker and always filled and dirty so could not use kitchen at all.
