We had an amazing time, service, room, the pool area, very quiet and yet very close to everything in the old town. We are definitely coming back. They had a welcome surprise for us as I requested it was my wife's birthday. Staff was helpful at all times. :)
We like everything!!!

I am really ashamed, they have no person on reception. Even for a few hours that speaks english. I do air bnb. Please get that sorted. Great area and a chance to improve the service, especially when you arrive and no help. Never anyone to welcome or check anythi ng. Instructions in room to work tv or a text number if need help. This is very poor. The pool is small, in England called plunge pool.
Sorry but other people agreed with me
It does cost money but part of the service. Would like an answer.
