The property is absolutely beautiful, especially the garden that I felt I was so relieved being there. I could have breathed in and out fully. And the rooftop onsen experience was great, we loved it so much. Breakfast and dinner experience was excellent.
The staff wasn’t so helpful and some of them didn’t really have service minded. From my past experiences of staying in various places/resort and hotel, at this price I spent, I expected more. At the day we checkout, we had 4 suitcases to put in the trunk, there was 2 staff standing right to us and no one helped us. They were just looking. I was really disappointed.
