Staff were extremely helpful. Lots of facilities / hot springs to use around the resort, but the room was amazing. The weather wasn't on our side for the visit, but we did get a break in the clouds and see the sillhouette of mount fuji from the balcony late at night - im sure on a clear day this is amazing. Attention to detail through out is incredible, i speak incredibly basic Japanese but the staff were so accomodating. Also the late night ramen until 23:30 is brilliant.

Charming hotel full of character. Location was phenomenal with amazing views of Fuji from the Fuji View Rooms complete with bathtub on the verandah to soak up the view!

Fantastic view just like the pictures. Lovely team of staff. Good breakfast. A quirky hotel that feels like half way between a modern hotel and a traditional Japanese hotel. Evening free drinks in the lobby was a nice touch. Too tired to try the late night ramen offer! Probably want a car if you are staying here. Travelled round Mount Fuji and this hotel still had one of the best views!
