Welcome to our “Meerfarbig” vacation rental!
Our vacation rental, located on the first floor of a four-family house, was renovated and refurnished in 2022. It’s situated on a quiet side street in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst, about 300 m from the harbor and downtown, and 900 m from the beach. You can find everything you need for daily life within walking distance at the Museumshof (bakery, organic grocery store), 250 m away, or at the nearest Edeka supermarket, approximately 350 m away.
Inside the apartment, our guests will find a combined kitchen, dining, and living area that is flooded with light and very warmly decorated. Here you’ll find, among other things, a dining set for 4 people, a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 149 x 195), a large LCD flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (sleeping area 160 x 200 cm), and the naturally lit bathroom features a shower and toilet.
Adjacent to the living room is a covered patio furnished with outdoor seating for 4 people. The property has a total area of approximately 510 square meters.
A parking space is available for our guests, and an electric vehicle charging station is provided (for a fee).
Bicycles can be stored in the bike shed.
A washer-dryer is available for our guests in the house (for a fee).
All bedrooms have pleated blinds for blackout.
For hygienic reasons, we have deliberately chosen not to use decorative pillows or similar items in our apartment.
PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are not included in the price!
