About this house rental

Completed in November 2017, this semi-detached house has approximately 100 m² of living space.
The Austernfischer house features an open, fully equipped kitchen on the first floor (stove with ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer),
a living room with a dining table, TV, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a sauna (for a fee).
A cozy wood-burning stove complements the peaceful atmosphere.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and TVs, as well as a shower room with a toilet.
The third bedroom, with two single beds, is located in the attic.
The terrace faces south, and the property is fenced in.
There are two parking spaces on the property.
Non-smoking home!
Pets are welcome here

Please bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them through the Zimmerbörse.

Key pickup takes place at the Zingst Room Exchange, Strandstraße 51, by 5:00 p.m.!
