About this apartment rental
Just 350 meters from Rhododendron Park and 600 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished two-room apartment is located on the first floor, with approximately 45 square meters of living space and a 10-square-meter sunny southwest-facing balcony. This very bright and family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. A separate bedroom and a 1.40 x 2.00 m sofa bed provide space for 3 people. Conveniently located within the building is a shared bicycle storage room, and a parking space in front of the building is available when it’s free. Otherwise, the owner will cover the cost of a day pass for the public parking lot on Lindenweg. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. A clothes dryer is available in the building for a fee. A children’s playground is also available for general use.
We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens for 20.00 EUR per person, towels for 10.00 EUR per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 EUR per person.
The final cleaning fee includes a starter kit* and utilities.
* Starter kit: 2–3 dishwasher tabs (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own supplies during your stay.

• Parking space: Free parking in front of the property, if available. Otherwise, the owner will cover the cost of a daily pass for the public parking lot on Lindenweg
