This child-friendly vacation rental is ideally located just a short walk from the beach (450 m) and the coastal forest (150 m).

The Baltic Sea spa town of Graal-Müritz, nestled in the coastal forest and right by the sea, is sure to delight you too....
The ground-floor vacation rental was completed in December 2011 and is exceptionally well-equipped and, on top of that, fully child-friendly!
On 6.3.2020, the apartment was certified with 3*** stars according to DTV guidelines.

Infrared sauna with deep heat (also suitable for small children under supervision) with a view of the LCD TV in the living room,

2 beach chairs (living room and patio/garden)
Access to the vacation rental is also possible from the south side of the terrace (using the patio door key)
(making it just a short 90-meter walk to Kurstraße with its restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors)

You’ll receive spa passes free of charge from the landlord via email.
1 roll of paper towels, 1 1.5-liter bottle of water, 1 sweet treat, dishwasher tabs, 1 bottle dish soap, 1–2 dish towels, 1 dishcloth, 1 roll of toilet paper, disposable aluminum ashtrays, and tea lights for the smoker’s lantern, “FeWo Penelope” postcards for your vacation greetings, and laundry detergent for the washing machine.
The apartment is child-friendly, so you’ll find all the essentials right there in the vacation rental. That way, you won’t have to pack half your household into the car. Since we have a daughter of our own who was once a little girl, we’ve made every effort to equip the vacation rental so that you’ll need to bring as little as possible with you. This way, your vacation begins as soon as you start packing your suitcase.....
Location: on the first floor with a small garden, 1 beach chair in the living room and 1 beach chair in the garden, a shaded area, and a private, lockable garden gate for families with small children.
Access to the vacation rental from the terrace is possible with a key.

*Children’s cutlery and dishes, movies for all ages, board games,
as well as 1 bread-delivery bike, 1 additional Zündapp folding bike, 1 handcart, kids’ scooter, stroller, Puky Kettcar, sandbox toys, sandbox table in the garden, and much more

*Crib guard, night lights, smoke detectors, child-proof outlets,
30-liter children’s bathtub, and much more
*Living room and bedroom with blackout curtains
*Bathroom with walk-in shower
*Towels and bed linens can be rented at a reasonable price.
A coin-operated washing machine in the Penelope vacation rental (bathroom) is available for use as needed (2.00 euros per use)
*Storage room for Apartment No. 14 (go down the stairs, first door on the left, then first door on the right. The storage room is at the very back.)
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
