Everything was great and the staff was very helpful. The only issue was that the room I had was a little noise due to the AC unit in the building across the street.

This property is in a fantastic location if your intention is to see the primary tourist/ historical sites as it's in the heart of Sultanamet - 12 minutes from Topkopi Palace. The rooms were a decent size and the property has recently been updated. The staff was fantastic and waited up to check us in even though we didn't arrive at the property until 1:30 a.m. The only reason I don't give this property five stars is because the sound insulation is minimal. Likely it's an older property that was renovated and they couldn't do much about it but you can clearly hear goings-on in the room above you.

In the old city sector of Istanbul, large luxurious hotels/resorts are almost non-existent.
Taking into account the general conditions of the hotel in the area, Marius hotel is relatively new. It was built several years ago, and offers good location for the tourists near Sirkeci area.
Quite nice.
