I cannot recommend this beautiful shepherd's hut highly enough. Tucked away in the quiet, scenic Welsh hills, it is the perfect rural sanctuary if you are looking to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy some true peace and quiet. The hut itself is immaculate, warm, and beautifully designed, with a lovely, homely atmosphere and an incredibly comfortable bed that guarantees a brilliant night's sleep.
John, the owner, is an absolute gentleman and an outstanding host. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind, ensuring I had everything I needed for a perfect stay while completely respecting my privacy. Sitting inside watching the local wildlife and listening to the birds wake up in the countryside was exactly the healing medicine I needed. I will never forget my time here and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, John, for creating such a magical harbour.

Dragon Shepherds hut was absolutely fabulous. I stayed for a solo weekend break as I needed some peace and relaxation and it ticked every box. The views are stunning, the abundance of nature was extremely grounding and the hut was comfortable and cosy. John is a great host and I'll definitely return.

The remoteness of the accommodation was excellent, got what I expected and not dissapointed.
Bit of a trek from car park to accommodation, so luggage and provisions a bit of a haul. But that was the remoteness that I wanted.
