The price.
Breakfast - not opulent, adequate. everything fresh and tasty.
Owners and personal very very friendly, unfortunately we speak german only little, they speak english very little. Online check-in.
Room clean and not small, little strict equipment, planty of space for luggage, clothes. Bed perfect, we slept very well.
Place very quit and pieceful, many toys and space for children.
We were pleasantly surpised by gest pass discounts - one cableway totally free (3+nights staying) and most of discounts.
A present from owners upon check-out, lovely.
We did not notice it from description, but it is a family farm. FARM. The cows live exactly in the same house (OK, other part of house, but.. :-). Our room was too close to the stable. so flies everywhere, on balcony, even in your room (the flyswatter was a part of equipment, so solved :) ) I am recommending to owner install insect screens. Some morning it smell badly..
Although in description is written pets without extra cost, we paid a 6 euro per night (the owner inform us about it in advance, so OK - but could be in written in conditions to avoid resentment). And some extra tourist local fee (as everywhere, I do not understand it is not included, I hate to paid twice)
Language barrier - english only by translator I suppose

Perfektní místo pro prozkoumání Wilder Kaiser a okolí Kitzbuhelu. Velmi vstřícní hostitelé, domácí vajíčka k snídani byla skvělá!
Ubytování je v centru obce, pro pobyt s pejskem je to méně praktické. Jinak vše ok.

Das Frühstück war gut aber mal ein Joghurt oder Müsli wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage mitten im Dorf ist sehr gut.
