The approximately 40 m² apartment features a small, well-equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a pull-out sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a bedroom. Since this vacation rental is on the first floor, the terrace is just a few steps away. Rustic, simple, and charming—an old Tyrolean house with character and character. No luxury, but magnificent views and genuine charm. Free year-round hot tub on the lawn.

And because honesty is important to us, we’ll tell it like it is: Yes, the house is old—but that’s exactly what gives it its charm.
