Best location ever. Right in the heart of exactly where you want to be. Wonderful place and staff!

We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The biggest highlight is the location — right in the heart of Palermo and within easy walking distance of the main sights, which made it easy to explore and pop back to the hotel during the day. It’s also only around 15 minutes from Palermo Centrale station, which was very convenient. The only downside is that it’s quite far from Palermo Notarbartolo, where we rented a car, so that meant relying on taxis or buses.
The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was a big plus in the Sicilian heat. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from carrying suitcases up the stairs (there’s no lift, which we hadn’t realised) to organising taxis and accommodating earlier breakfasts for our day trips.
Breakfast was a lovely touch, served either in your room or on the shared balcony overlooking Quattro Canti, which was a great way to start the day.
The only negatives were that the bathroom could have been cleaner and sometimes had a strange smell. Our room was next to the kitchen, so there was some noise early in the morning, and despite the soundproofing, street noise can still be noticeable at night due to the central location.
Overall, a great base for exploring Palermo with fantastic staff and an unbeatable location, with just a few minor drawbacks.
