I loved that this property is literally across the walk from the Duomo, 10 minute walk to L’Accademia Michelangelo and 15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, 15 minute walk to the train Station!!! Breakfast included right outside the front door to the left- great coffee and hot sweet croissants! Comfortable beds, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner handsoap, and body soap. Bath towels are ironed/pressed linen.
The only not positive feature is only two people or one person and one piece of luggage fit in their elevator and this B&B is on the third floor😂.

Location was truly amazing! Views were breathtaking. Room was spacious. Lots of stairs!!Lift was tiny and not acceptable all the time. Host was great and communicated throughout the stay. Small breakfast included downstairs at restaurant with view of Duomo.
