Located right next to a wonderful beach that is easily as good as the crowded Nissi Beach. When the housekeeping actually happened, the room cleaning was very thorough and everything was kept spotless and clean. The pool zone is modern and very beautiful. Underground parking is a real lifesaver from the intense Cypriot heat! Overall, the staff is polite, though management lacks attentiveness and problem-solving skills. The one major exception was the night receptionist, who was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and worked tirelessly to assist us. We are deeply grateful to him!

On our second day, we discovered a major water leak under the sink. After reporting it, staff applied a quick sealant patch and left. That evening, the leak returned even stronger — a literal waterfall flooding the floor even under the bed and soaking all our personal belongings there. We spent until 1:00 AM drying the floor with towels alongside the night receptionist. However, the next morning no one seemed concerned about our situation, even though reception knew. It took until evening to finally move us to another room. Most disappointingly, no management member ever asked if our belongings were damaged. The room design is completely impractical — made for Instagram photos rather than a comfortable week-long stay. The pillows provided were way too high. When we asked reception for lower ones, we were told nothing could be done as those were already the lowest options. A few times, housekeepers entered and cleaned our room while the "Do Not Disturb" sign was displayed. Conversely, when we requested cleaning, it was skipped. The hotel is still partially under construction. There were very few guests, and at times it felt like there were more staff members than actual holidaymakers.

The swimming pool was lovely food options at breakfast was also good.

Disappointing stay. The staff were not attentive, especially the breakfast team, who were terrible at remembering orders and providing proper service. The gym was also very disappointing, with just one exercise bike and no other equipment. There are also serious health and safety concerns around the pool area. The seamless platform design appears dangerous and creates a risk of slipping or falling off, which needs to be addressed urgently. I saw one person fall off.  I understand the hotel is new, but it simply isn’t fully ready to welcome guests to the standard expected. Definitely not a 5-star experience, and significant improvements are needed in service, facilities and safety before it deserves that rating.
