Great and friendly staff, especially Ioana and front desk. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. You can hear the hallway a bit, but it’s like this in all hotels. The food is amazing, both breakfast and dinner (both buffet). Dinner has a different theme every evening: mexican, greek, italian etc.Dinner variety and quality is at it’s best. Nevertheless, if you don”t eat that much, you may skip half board option and choose from multiple restautants in town. Pool is huge and never gets crowded, it’s not heated, but not so cold. Pool area is quiet due to Adults Only hotel policy and has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Due to the position of the hotel a good part of the sunbeds are in the sun light in the afternoon -not a problem as you can move to others cause it’s not crowded, people usually go to the beach. To access the beach, you need to go down the road in front of the hotel, 2-3min walk. The beach is in a golf area: to rent sunbed 3.5 Eur/person/day, one umbrella 3 Eur/day - 2026 prices. The restaurants and shops are at 12-15 min flat walk on the main street (full of friendly cats). The entire area is very safe. Old harbour with lovely boats, a small white and blue church and some shops and restaurants is at 20min walk. Enjoy it!

Everything was perfect for me

I love everything about the hotel, the room was locely, very comfortable. The food was great and the staff were fantastic. We enjoyed our stay.

The only problem was the bottle water provided in the room, instead of 1 bottle, for a couple it should have been 2. I know it's for complimentry, we have to buy extra bottle water. This is the only negative thing.

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming, professional, and courteous. The hotel and our room was very clean. And the restaurant and restaurant staff was ab-so-lute-ly incredible.

For a 5-star hotel, we were very underwhelmed. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail. But it merely tasted like a weak lemonade-like drink. The hotel staff was very welcoming, but again, for a 5-star hotel, we were underwhelmed by the lobby and our room. We paid extra to have a room with a view, but the majority of our view consisted of the veranda roof. We did not visit the spa, weight room, or the pool, so we cannot comment on those. the food But, as previously stated, the restaurant and restaurant staff was ab-so-lute-ly incredible.
