The onsen and location. Great views.
The staff was not very flexible regarding timings. We had to leave early this morning and would therefore miss our included breakfast. It was only by half an hour earlier but they couldn't provide us with a breakfast box or something else.
The windows in our room could not open so it felt a bit stuffy and warm despite the Aircon.
The bathroom was very small whereas the room was very large. Bathroom probably big enough for Asian guests but not for Western guests.
