Considering the price, space, location and excellent responsiveness of the team, we were very happy with our stay. Thank

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were glad we chose this apartment. Communication with the team was easy and they always responded very quickly whenever we needed help. A few points from other reviews are worth putting into context. The apartment is in an older building, so facilities such as the very small lift are quite typical for older buildings in Italy and did not bother us. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, and when we had a problem with the microwave, the team quickly replaced it with a new one. The area around Termini can feel a little sketchy, as is often the case around major stations in big European cities, but the location was extremely convenient. For the price, having three bedrooms and two bathrooms just steps from Roma Termini and close to the Colosseum was a rare find. We visited during a very hot period, so being close to the station, taxis and our early train to Pisa was a huge advantage, especially with luggage on cobblestone streets.

The only downside was the weak water pressure, particularly when both bathrooms or the washing machine were being used at the same time, but we simply avoided using them simultaneously.

Disappointing as looks nice in pictures but did not live up to the pictures

The air conditioning

Very hard beds, woke up during night with hip pain. There were numerous missing broken bulbs / lights not working, decor worn with flaking paint, fans covered in dust and dirty window sills, dirty showers, ants and silverfish in bathrooms, keys grate in door lock like lock is worn, Carbon monoxide battery low and alarm bleeping, insufficient water glasses, lack of ventilation in bathrooms, water pressure non existent at times water flow became a dribble in the shower and water temp fluctuated between freezing for ages and boiling for a short while, chipped plates in kitchen and dirty pans.

Good stay with many sightseeing trips. We found the place ok and easy access

It’s good location and size

It’s very noisy from the traffic - we hardly slept apart from one room which faces small alleyway. There were no dishwasher tablets or laundry soap - it would be beneficial to leave a couple, especially for a few days stays as we had to buy many and leave them there. Not enough coffee capsules and no tea bags. Also the showers had hardly any pressure if two were switched on

The house was clean with lots of beds (enough for 8 people). It was very clean and relaxing. There was a Kebab Shop just next to it for us to have a late dinner after late check in.

Online check in process was terrible. The system they use asks for uploading 3 pictures per guests (only one picture of passport, must be enough). If you don’t submit them, the check in process do not continue. Uploading system is also terrible, it is really hard to manage it from the phone, and as all other guests, we all use phone to check in. They need a mobile friendly app for a smooth online check in process or they should accept passport pictures via WhatsApp. I spent hours on my phone to finalise our group (8 guests) check in.

Sentral beliggenhet. Stor og god leilighet. Godt utrustet kjøkken. Savnet et oppholdsrom. Leliigheten var litt sliten men ikke mer å forvente i Roma. Alt i alt veldig fornøyde.
