We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The host was very nice and stayed in regular contact with us to make sure check-in went smoothly. The place was sparkling clean and already nicely air-conditioned when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable.
The location was fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum, with a supermarket and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Rome. Highly recommended!

The location was great and the place was clean. David from property management was great. He responded quickly and helped with all my questions.
The coffee pot was not working and this was one of the thing I requested when I searched for a hotel. The washing machine is shared with another room which is fine, but the cleaning service left laundry in the machines and I could not use them until the day we left. I could not get my clothes dried in the dryer so I had to pack wet clothes on the day we were checking out, then found a self service laundry mat to dry my clothes as soon as we arrived at our second destination. I wasn't planning on that. There are 2 folding chairs and a small fold out table which is all there was to sit on.
