We had a lovely stay for 3 nights. The service was excellent. Alice from the reception was wonderful and she recommended very good restaurants. The breakfast, pool area and gym was great. We loved it.

Le Jardin was a lovely hotel with some amazing staff that went out of their way to make our time in Hanoi easy and enjoyable.
We thought the location was great, a walk to the old quarter but plenty of great food and coffee options around the hotel. Breakfast buffet was lovely as well.
I want to particularly call out the staff at reception, they helped us when one of our bags didn’t arrive and the airline told us we would need to go back to the airport to pick it up the next day, the staff at Le Jardin reached out to them and made sure the bag was delivered to our hotel within a day!

Amazing service, very nice bar and a pool. Nice big and clean room, comfortable bed. Great laundry service.
Gym needs a bit more equipment and better air conditioning.
